IMPACT OF PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT ON JOB SATISFACTION: A SEQUENTIAL MEDIATION

Current study investigates importance of POS and its related benefits on JS with sequential medication. Data is collected from three government universities Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Total respondents were 429 public sector universities. Results demonstrated constructive significant impact (job satisfaction). Sequential mediation IM EM has also been tested. showed positive & in the relationship. Time horizon which was used cross sectional, sampling technique stratified random sampling. To collect data, questionnaire survey (self-administrated) among employees analyses SPSS Process by Hayes used. In analysis descriptive tests like reliability, frequencies, mean, SD, correlation, statistical for hypothesis testing, This contributed to existing literature adds value practices examining theoretical model that not any explored an important indicator job satisfaction through EM.
